After more than 6 months of implementation, in January 2014, the non-profit organisation i work for went ‘Live’ with our Salesforce.com organisation.
The first 4 months were a rollercoaster ride, finding my way in SFDC and tweaking (small) settings to fix implementation oversights or bugs.
At one point we decided that, next to practical experience, the organisation would be best served if I followed some formal training. Fortunately, the Salesforce Foundation has non-profit friendly trainings on offer.
In the course of almost a year, I have now attended the ADM201, ADM211 and DEV401 training modules.
